I was just formally diagnosed with 3PD in April of this year. I have been on lexapro since October of last year and just recently started VRT aw well. I have been this way since my last TBI in 2012. My first on was in 2007 as a result of a MVA. I am also in the process of filing for disability as well, though I have no confidence in that, but worth a try. I have a great disability lawyer as well.

Hi angelfish, I'm new here too. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of activity, which is a shame as I can't find much support for this kind of thing.
I'm sorry to see you've been affected for so long, and here's to hoping for some relief from it all.

If you need someone to talk to, I'm always here!

Hi Angel fish,
Hope you're well today. Luckily I think I'm climbing down from my latest episode, though it's a slow process and sadly doesn't last for ever.
What sort of coping mechanisms have you developed when you're symptoms worsen? In particular, coping for the anxiety?
So far Ive found it useful to keep moving, to pace up and down. It seems to mask the motion I feel otherwise. Additionally, I've *just been put onto Betahistine. Started a course of it yesterday. Fingers crossed it'll help and I can get back to work.
Ps: thank you for your offer, likewise if you need to vent. I'm all ears!

Yes, I've been trying for years to get folks to discuss relevant issues here versus just the Facebook site, but, this is 2018, people dont really use / want use / forums anymore, they are all about Social Media sites..... Maybe it will catch on again eventually. Mike
